Big bank houses move house...Within the last few years several banks in the Czech Republic concentrated their offices to one building. It was ČSOB, which in spring 2007 moved house to new central office in Praha-Radlice. The Finep developer is currently building new offices in Praha-Stodůlky for the Komerční Banka. Česká Spořitelna does not rule out moving to one central building either. So far the most present is the UniCredit Group's moving into new administrative building Filadelfie in BB Centre in Prague 4. The developer is the PASSERINVEST GROUP and the building is a part of modern administrative complex, which is distinguished by very good accessibility and entire public facilities. UniCredit Bank retains ownership of just one current building in the centre of Prague, at Náměstí Republiky, where clients besides a subsidiary can find other services of retail, corporate and private banking. Description of the Filadelfie building – modified H letterFiladelfie is architecturally original administrative building with 17 above and 6 underground floors with 30 500 m2 of rental space. The basic concept of the typical administrative centre is modified H letter. Filadelfie counts among the modernest administrative buildings in the Czech Republic. It is situated in attractive locality near the Prague centre and the city ring road, near the highway to Brno. The building was finished in 2010. It is a work of DaM architectural office. UniCredit will occupy 14 floors which is about 26 700 m2The UniCredit Group will occupy 14 from the total 17 floors, which is approximately 26 700 m2 of the rental space. New UniCredit Bank subsidiary arose in the ground floor, focused on retail clients. The locality around the new UniCredit Bank centre, besides very good transportation possibilities, offers very pleasant working environment, a lot of restaurants, stores, wellness centre and other services. The building also features a large parking lot in the basement with sufficient number of parking places both for clients and public.
1500 employees of UniCreditAlong with the UniCredit Bank other companies of the UniCredit Group – UniCredit Leasing CZ, UniCredit CAIB Czech Republic, UGIS (UniCredit Global Information Services) and UniCredit Business Partner – move house to the new building as well. These days in December 6 floors have already been inhabited. The moving will finish at the beginning of the next year. 1500 employees will work for UniCredit in the building.
COLSYS delivers the security systemsColsys s.r.o. was selected to deliver the ACS, IAS and CCTV security systems for the new centre in June 2011. Access control system Colnod controls authorized access to the restricted areas. Galaxy intruder alarm system has been installed. The CCTV system is based on IP technology, but current analogue CCTV cameras from the public areas have been integrated. New control room equipped with computers running supervising software monitoring and controlling the security systems has been delivered as well.
