Our company successfully participated in revitalization of new-renaissance seven-storey building. The house, situated at the Náměstí Republiky (Republic Square) next to the Obecní dům (Town-hall), which was built in 1904 and formerly served as residence of Czechoslovak Trade Chamber has been reconstructed into five-star hotel having 133 rooms and bearing apposite name HOTEL KINGS COURT (historically, Czech kings had their residence at this place).

Our company installed high-voltage, low-voltage as well as instrumentation and control technologies, particularly unit substation including the distribution point, lighting, lighting control, audio and video technology, PAY-TV system, security technologies as fire alarm, intruder alarm, access control, CCTV and public address systems and structured cabling system including the active components.

The execution of the work demanded good coordination with other professions not only because the building site was situated in the centre of Prague, but mainly thanks to the fact, that we were receiving new requirements gradually even when the works were already fully running.

The contract was fully completed and the work was handed over in required terms and in high quality.

We had very good cooperation with our submitter and general contractor - the GEO-ING Jihlava ltd. company. The HMG ltd. company was the investor.
