The CPI Hotels Company opened new Buddha Bar Hotel Prague on 22nd January 2009. This hotel, situated near the Oldtown Square (Staroměstské náměstí), is the first hotel of such unique concept in the world. It is a five-star boutique hotel (i.e. hotel with private and family atmosphere) with 39 luxury rooms. Till then, worldwide network of just Buddha-Bar restaurants and bars existed, offering their visitors the taste of unique atmosphere in Paris, New York, Dubai, Cairo, Sao Paolo, Kiev and London.

The Colsys company presented itself in this extraordinary demanding project delivering and installing the high-voltage wiring system. Flexible and very operative reaction to the project changes, new demands on the system functionality and extensions was necessary during the whole implementation. Coordination with other related professions, namely plasterboard guys, lighting and furniture suppliers and, of course, low-voltage electricians was one of the most important tasks.

The hotel offers, among others, a lot of state-of-the-art technologies as IP telephony, high-speed WiFi, high-end sound system with CD library, stone bath with Aquasound system or a mirror with built-in TV set, which the visitor can watch from the bath. Fitness, sauna, whirlpool bath, or even private spa in the room are also available.

This hotel brings flavour of orient to the visitors and enchantes them not only by the unique design, but also the gourmet kishaws in Buddha-Bar restaurant and Siddarta Café. A large Buddha's sculpture together with magnificent chandeliers dominate the Buddha-Bar.
