In January 2008 we got a commission for reconstruction of old Polygrafie building to newly rising Park Inn Hotel in Prague. It is a complex both high and low voltage installation including high-voltage distribution point and back-up power supply delivery.

The building is great at magnificent secession facade from 1907, high ceilings and impressive interiors. Hotel with unique atmosphere and character will grow up here after the reconstruction.

The property is situated at Svobodova street, in a pleasant locality at the river bank and in close vicinity of historical, UNESCO protected area of Vyšehrad.

The building will be completely reconstructed, with an extension in the inner part, facing the garden. The total capacity of 211 rooms includes new and reconstructed apartments, long lease apartments and large apartments at the top stock with beautiful views. The project also includes 26 luxury residences for sale. Impressive exterior and high ceilings give the building airy atmosphere composing interesting and distinguished property, which will differ from other hotels of the category.

The works have started. The termination date is at the end of 2008.
