In July 2007 we got a contract for newly created Amazon Court building in Prague, Rohanské nábřeží. The contract covers high-voltage installations including high-voltage distributing substation and delivery of diesel-aggregate spare power supply.

The building is very interesting both from architectonic point of view and the interior equipment. It has 7 overground and 3 underground floors. The parts of the building are connected with bridges, which increases flexibility of space division and communication within the floor. There is reception to ease the visitor orientation and access to four vertical cores with elevators in the ground floor. There is space for services increasing comfort of its future occupants in the building as well.

The office building Amazon Court, which developer is the company Europolis was designed by architectonic company Schmidt, Hammer & Lassen. It is the third building realized within the River City Prague project. The building offers 22100 m2 of rental space in total and 254 parking places. Its energy-saving ventilation and heating system provides the same or higher comfort along with considerably lower operating expenses compared to other office buildings.
