It is a new office building with a shopping gallery. The whole dimension of both office and shopping areas is about 20.000 m2.

The building has already passed the process of approval, the final adaptation of the rental areas are taking place these days and the first shops are being opened. The shopping passage connects the Metro station Florenc with the Hilton hotel at Pobřežní street. A French company Vinci Construction developed the project.

Colsys has made the installation of low-voltage systems and some specific adjustments according to the tenants' demands.
