In 2006 we finished realization of a villa complex called Dubový Mlýn. It is an installation of all weak and high-voltage systems not only in the houses, but on the whole premises. The implementation was made for ORCO developer company.

Dubový Mlýn is very exclusive project of just eight Country Lodge Villas, four Land House Villas and five Mill House Villas, built into newly reconstructed mill site. The villas are built in modern-classics style, where vastness, roominess and grace are stressed, using natural materials and with hints of oriental style in large light rooms.

Each villa stands on its own premises, fully respecting privacy and safety and ideally taking advantage of the environment. All the villas are perfectly oriented. The project area is 13 517 m2 and besides building sites includes a nearby pond, park and free-time facilities as well.

The project is situated in the nature preserve Šárka in prestige residential locality of Praha 6 - U Dubového mlýna 4. It is well accessible by the municipal public transport and also favourably situated between the city center and the airport. The villas are equipped with full electro-installation, both weak and high-voltage, including heated driveways and electrical heating.
