Details
In 2022, we successfully installed a fire alarm system in the new DCPC (dicyclopentadiene) production unit for Unipetrol. The installation included the implementation of the FAS FlexEs system in an explosive environment. This complex system included 12 flame detectors, 9 manual detectors and 50 automatic detectors ensuring reliable operation in demanding conditions. The installation also included a rapid detection and extinguishing system in the RP1 switchboards, which was a pilot installation of this system at the customer.
All these systems are integrated into the FAS Essernet corporate network, which we manage successfully. We thus ensure the efficient and safe operation of the production unit, contributing to the overall safety and operational standard of Unipetrol.
