The European branch of NEXEN TIRE in the Czech Republic reflects the company's vision to provide its products to European consumers from a local base. This is NEXEN TIRE's second fully automated plant after the plant in Changnyeong, Republic of Korea.
In 2020, in the Czech branch of NEXEN, we successfully completed a complex project to install a fire alarm from Siemens in one of the four production halls. The project included the installation of approximately 900 automatic detectors. In addition, the most extensive Vesda smoke detection system was implemented with approximately 200 evaluation units and 12 km of piping.
This innovative technology has pushed the technological boundaries in the field of fire safety. It ensured effective detection, a low number of false alarms and a quick response to potential threats. Colsys thus once again demonstrated its ability to implement large-scale projects with a significant contribution to fire protection and safety according to the specific requirements of the customer.
