Optimal sound quality during conferences and presentations
The Ministry of Agriculture recently completed a large-scale project to renovate and modernize two of its conference rooms with a capacity of 400 and 50 people. This ambitious project included a complete transition to IP network, which allows for more efficient and secure data transmission.
Emphasis was also put on improving microphone and sound technology to ensure optimal sound quality during conferences and presentations. As the main visual element, a large video wall was installed in the meeting rooms of the Ministry of Agriculture. This wall consists of 16 LCD monitors arranged in a 4x4 grid. Thanks to this arrangement, it is possible to display high-quality content that is easily visible to all conference and meeting participants. The system is adapted to handle up to 2,000 hybrid conference participants.
Colsys also offers personal assistance during conferences. This service guarantees that all technological systems will work without any problems. The modernization project not only increased the functionality and efficiency of the conference rooms, but also significantly contributed to the professional atmosphere and efficiency of presentations and discussions within the ministry itself.
