Colsys becomes part of the AŽD group

Colsys s.r.o. would like to inform its clients, suppliers, and other business partners that on April 10, 2024, we have officially become a part of the AŽD Group.

This was achieved through the transfer of a majority stake from the parent company Scarus Group a.s. to AŽD Praha s.r.o. In this context, there has been a partial change in the composition of Colsys Ltd.'s management. Among the existing directors, Ing. Jiří Marešovský remains in position, and new appointments include Ing. Petr Faltus, Business Director of AŽD Praha s.r.o., and Ing. Jaroslav Hyhlík, Executive Director of BREMA, spol. s r.o. Former director Ing. Pavel Hlavinka continues to serve in Colsys Ltd. as Managing Director. Former director Ing. Václav Kopal remains in Colsys Ltd. as Financial Director. The AŽD Group is a significant provider of solutions and technologies, particularly in the field of railway transportation and infrastructure. Our association with them opens up prospects for further development. We believe that AŽD's integration into Colsys companies will be beneficial for the advancement of our longstanding collaboration.
